The 5* Gastro Pub in Kirkby Lonsdale has an opportunity for a Chef De Partie. This role is likely to lead to further career development as you progress through the ranks.
You will be working under the guidance of our talented Head chef. As a Chef de Partie you will develop your skills and experience to a very high standard. You will develop an understanding of the standards required to deliver a quality 2 AA Rosette standard food offer.
As a chef de partie you should have at least 3 years’ industry experience. You will already be used to working with fresh produce supplied by the very best local producers. You will be creating exciting meals with a high level of technical ability.
This role will be a stepping stone towards a more senior Kitchen role.
Time served in a rosette standard restaurant would be essential.
Candidates must be a team player, organised, possess good technical skills and demonstrate the level of precision and execution to deliver a consistently high standard of food at our award-winning Inn.
In exchange, you can expect to develop your skills, earn up to £21,000 – £22,000 depending on experience based on a 45-hour week, a share of the tips pool up to £2,000. 28 days paid holiday and pension. Free parking near to the Inn
