The hotel is a stunning 4 star boutique hotel, With 52 bedrooms, 4 private function rooms and a two AA Rosette awarded restaurant for culinary excellence, we cater for business and leisure clientele, weddings, fine dining and corporate events.
We require a highly motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef to join our team in this award winning Hotel.
Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a Rosette environment, preferably a 4 or 5* Hotel, as a CDP or Demi CDP
