Our client, a 5* Hotel in Carnforth has an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team of chefs. This role is likely to lead to further career development as you progress through the ranks it will be a stepping stone towards a more senior kitchen role.
Under the guidance of the talented Head chef you will develop your skills and experience to a very high standard. You will understand what is required to deliver a quality 2 Rosette standard of food service at our award-winning hotel.
With at least 3 years industry experience you will already be used to working with fresh produce supplied by the very best local producers and creating meals with a high level of technical ability.
