Saffron Vanilla we are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is an upmarket Four-star Hotel with extensive banqueting facilities as well as a popular casual dining restaurant and Afternoon tea offering.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work with our kitchen team and help move forward our banqueting and Restaurant food offering. The Hotel enjoys an excellent reputation for its use of Local produce and exceptional wedding and banqueting offering.
·Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
·Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
·Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
·Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
·Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
