CHEF MANAGER POSITION IN A BRAND-NEW HAND PULLED NOODLE RESTAURANT IN LIVERPOOL
Saffron Vanilla is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Head Chef or an experienced manager with hands on kitchen experience.
The successful candidate will join the brand-new, hand-pulled Noodle Restaurant in Liverpool. It is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Chef or Manager who is willing to manage the whole operation from ordering to cash handling and staff management, on a daily basis.
The candidate will be running the kitchen, helping front of house, cash handling, stocktaking, and general managerial duties expected from a senior team member. You will have an actual Noodle Master who will be hand making, rolling and pulling the noodles. There will be only ten specialist dishes on the menu and you will be backed by a team of chefs and front of house.
This is a unique opportunity to make a name for yourself in management. You will be helping the owners grow and develop the business of authentic hand pulled noodles, of which there are only 3 other restaurants in the whole country that can claim to use this technique in a high standard and professional manner. The successful candidate will supervise the whole unit an encourage the staff to do their best– serving excellence as a habit.
Who is the client?
Our client is situated is a growing concept of hand-pulled noodle bars in the UK. They have units in Leeds, Sheffield and Liverpool and have plans to open in Manchester, Nottingham and York very shortly. The owners are very experienced and hands-on they are offering all the support needed to be successful within a growing brand.
