Our client, a successful, progressive college in Somerset are currently looking for a new chef to take control of their kitchen.
The Catering Service at the College provides snacks and main meals to staff and learners throughout the day via the main servery, snack bars and vending machines. This includes serving full meals at lunchtimes and evenings for residential students. The service also operates occasionally at weekends and evenings to cater for events and commercial functions.
The role of the Chef is to produce the food offer, organise, prepare and present high quality hot and cold meals for students, staff, commercial lettings, hospitality and other events with guidance and support from the Head of Catering and Catering Manager.
