Saffron Vanilla are recruiting on behalf of a Hotel in Woodstock – Oxford. A Demi chef de Partie is required to work in the kitchen of a four-star hotel boasting 2 AA rosette for culinary excellence. The kitchen has a well-established, long serving team with a chef consultant who has appeared om great British menu overseas the menus.
The role would be suitable for a commis chef looking to progress. You will have ideally a minimum of 12 months experience at a high quality level. Dealing with fresh food prepared from scratch and served to a high standard.
The Hotel is a chic town house hotel in Woodstock, close to the world-famous Blenheim Palace.
The Village has good commuter links to surrounding areas of Oxford and the Cotswolds the hotel is on the main A44 close to the train stations of Hanborough as well as good links to major motorways. The delights of Blenheim Palace, Oxford, the Cotswold hills or Bicester Village all within easy reach.
The hotel offer fine-dining without the fuss, based on seasonal cuisine using only the freshest local produce.
The average working week will consist of straight and split shifts working with an entirely modern British menu.
