WORKING PATTERN: Full Time – worked over a 4-day working week
REPORTING TO: Head Chef
SALARY: Hourly paid £18-20 K depending on age and experience
Established for 6 years this busy venue is frequented by families and has a healthy share of the group & party bookings alongside busy race-day business between May & September each year. The menu offers classic British favourites created with flair and also features dishes inspired by flavours from across the globe alongside classic grills and fresh seafood.
The Gastropub has roaring log fires, a wood-burning charcoal grill and stone pizza oven – a combination of aromas and warmth that appeals to all.
As a Demi-Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of the kitchen and will be key in supporting the Head Chef.
Our Demi-Chef de Parties are involved in a range of duties including:
Fresh food preparation
Embracing our food culture and designing menus
Stock rotation & control
Meeting food safety and cleaning standards
