Saffron Vanilla are recruiting for a Pastry Chef ~ Cheshire on behalf of an award-winning Country House Hotel. With views across the magnificent 60-acre lake, within the beautiful Delamere Forest. The four times red star and two rosette winning venue, delivers glorious food. All produce is locally sourced for a unique, fine dining experience of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a two-rosette environment.
We are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced Pastry chef to help take the restaurant to the next step.
Decision Making, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication, Presentation Skills, Customer Focus, Food Hygiene, Developing Creative Standards, Emphasising Excellence, Functional and Technical Skills, Creativity, Team relationships NVQ level 2 minimum up-to date hygiene certificate required.
