JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – BERKSHIRE – 1AA ROSETTE
A Junior Sous Chef is required in Berkshire for this luxury hotel with a 1AA Rosette restaurant.
They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with experience of working within a professional kitchen who is creative and passionate in their cooking.
You will be a Junior Sous Chef who has worked with fresh food and be looking to move to a kitchen which is extremely well equipped and is large in size and bright and airy.
The brigade is very talented, and the Head Chef has an excellent background; looking to push the kitchen towards further accolades.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
-Already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen
-Be flexible to work on all sections as required
-Have the ability to train junior Chefs on each section
-Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputise for senior Chefs when required
-Have good kitchen management skills
-Be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times
