Saffron Vanilla is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef who will join a brand-new bistro restaurant with homestyle cooking, that uses fresh produce in Aberdeen.
It is a brilliant opportunity for Sous Chef who is willing to join the new team and work alongside the Head Chef with development of the new menus and the kitchen itself.
The Bistro is searching for a creative and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. In this position, you will act as the second in command in the kitchen, following and enforcing our Head Chef’s requirements and guidelines.
Who is the client?
Our client is situated in Aberdeen, East Scotland. He is the owner and manager who is a highly experienced business owner with 40 years + working in the industry. The owner is refurbishing the old building to establish the bistro restaurant in a unique style. He is looking for Sous Chef who alongside Head Chef, will take over developing and running the kitchen.
