It is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced chef who is willing to help the Head Chef manage kitchen. It will be gastro pub classics in a home style of cooking, using fresh produce
The candidate will be running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, helping to design menus and help the owner grow and develop the business to a high standard and in a professional manner.
The Sous Chef will also supervise other kitchen team members and encourage them to do their best– serve excellence as a habit.

Our client is situated in Northop, North Wales (commutable from Chester, Wrexham and surrounding areas).
