Each of our restaurants delivers a distinctly different experience, from Bone Daddies' ramen to Flesh & Buns' sushi & steamed buns and Shackfuyu's Kare Pan & Kinako French Toast: Bone Daddies specialises in beautifully crafted food that tastes great.
Due to planned new openings and internal promotions, we are looking for a number of passionate, dedicated and hardworking Sous Chefs to join our energetic team. As we continue to expand, our focus will be on ensuring that our people are supported and given the opportunity to develop their skills and take the next step in their career.
We have several sites in London, including Soho, Victoria, Marylebone, Covent Garden, Kensington, Bermondsey and Shoreditch, with more to come….
*Passion for quality food (You don’t need to have worked with Japanese cuisine before), but you will have a strong interest in learning about Japanese flavours and culture
*Experience working in a high-volume, fresh-food kitchen is essential
*Understanding the importance of quality, flavour and consistency
*Ability to lead a strong and personable team, assisting in developing and guiding their training & career development
*Career minded and wanting to progress to a Head Chef role in the future
